APO and counterculture - Hachfeld, Rainer. Paper shopping bag with a mounted portrait of the Shah of Persia and a mounted leaflet. 1967. 41 x 26 cm. The portrait was designed by the cartoonist and member of Commune I, Rainer Hachfeld. - Haus der Geschichte, Bonn, EB no. L 2001/04/0002: "These 'masks' were distributed by the Berlin Commune I to participants in anti-Shah demonstrations. The leaflet 'Man geht nicht mehr ohne Tüte' draws attention to this action. On June 2, 1967, demonstrators in Berlin show their rejection of the state guest from Iran with this mask." - With two cut-outs in the eye area. - SDS leaflet mounted on the reverse. - Some creasing, otherwise in very good condition. - Enclosed: Illustrated SDS leaflet on the Shah demonstration. 1967. 21 x 15 cm. - Appeal for a demonstration in the style of a manhunt "We ask the population to actively support all actions that lead to the perpetrator being neutralized". - "SDS" stamp. - Mounted on paper. Browned due to paper. Enclosed: Commune I. Smash the Moabite bankruptcy vulture. Collected works against us. September 1967. 29.5 x 21 cm. Original cardboard box with the famous Kommune I "Nacktärsche-Foto" as cover sheet (cover sheet loose). - Collection of various writings, letters, newspaper articles etc. from the period May-September 1967, concerning Commune 1 and its members. - Somewhat browned.
