Very high-quality depictions of mostly half-dressed couples in aristocratic interiors of the Empire. Not signed, but certainly meticulously executed by an artist's hand. Some of the nudes take place in bed or on a chaise longue, others at a writing desk, two in the library, the last in a luxurious marble bathroom. - Gouaches slightly worn, backing sheets somewhat stained, overall in very good condition.
