Anonymous translation of In sotericum gratis docentem, a satire written by Adrian Turnèbe against the Jesuits. There are two translations of this pamphlet, this one by Jean Passerat dit N. Ducimetière (cf. cat Mignonne..., p. 186), and another by Étienne Pasquier printed under the title Contre le jésuite, soy disant enseigner gratis. The work contains 4 verse pieces by Ronsard, including a sonnet À la société des Jésuites. Copy from the Ernest Stroehlin library (1912, no. 883), rebound by J. P.
