Porcelain, colorfully painted and sparingly gilt, the putto wearing an allongé wig and holding a comb in his right hand on an irregular natural base, in front of him a wooden stand with wig head, the partially glazed base with underglaze blue manufactory mark (crossed swords), incised model number "12" and embossed "42", h 86 mm, model Johann Joachim Kaendler or Friedrich Elias Meyer ~1760 from the series Verkleidete Amouretten, Meissen 2nd half 19th century.
