KEYSTONE - NIKI DE SAINT-PHALLE "Astonishing Niki... Niki de Saint-Phalle, creator of the famous and unsettling 'Nanas', is currently exhibiting some of her works (as models) in a Paris gallery. Niki de Saint-Phalle in front of 'Hon' (Swedish for 'She'). Produced on a grand scale in 1966, this gigantic sculpture was built at the Museum of Modern Art in Stockholm in collaboration with Jean Tinguely and Pier-Olof Ultvedt. This largest woman in the world, whose interior had been converted into a cinema with bar, etc., received 100,000 visitors in two months, 1967. Photograph.
