A Chinese agate Guanyin group
Guanyin is carved standing wearing long robes and a billowing celestial scarf, holding a fly whisk in left hand and a vase in her right hand, accompanied with an attendant holding a ruyi sceptre seated on a qilin, all above scrolling clouds. The stone of a pale grey tone with russet inclusions.
On a carved and pierced wooden stand.
Condition: The flywhisk has been restuck.
Small nicks to the extremities.
Natural flaw lines to the stone.
