The Hôtel Drouot offers a free packing service. It allows buyers to transport their purchases in the best possible conditions.
Located on the ground floor of the building, in the Customer Area, this service is available during auctions, Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
As to respect health measures, please book an appointment with the storage service to withdraw your lot. Once your appointment has been set, please go directly to 6bis rue Rossini, at the security desk.
The storage service is open from Monday to Saturday, from 1:30pm to 6pm. Thank you for your cooperation.
Before you book an appointment, please be sure to being able to present the printed and paid invoice, along with the lot’s tag. Book an appointment here.

The storage area can be accessed after presenting an ID card.
Lots purchased at the Hôtel Drouot can be collected free of charge in the auction room until 7pm on the evening of the sale and between 8am and 10am the next morning.
If you are unable to collect your lot immediately, the Storage Service will take care of it.
Drouot has established a partnership with The Packengers, which offers door to door deliveries in Paris and close region, as soon as the day after the auction.
The Packengers can also provide quotes for international shippings.
